Tastiest way to get lymph flowing

Removes toxic waste

The most overlooked drainage system in your body removes waste from every cell…

And helps get rid of toxic waste that accumulates below your skin’s surface.

It’s known as one of the most important ways your body stays clean and healthy.

If you haven’t guessed already…

I’m talking about your lymphatic system.

We all know how getting a lymphatic facial massage helps promote blood flow, smoothens your features, and improves your complexion.

While there are quite a few ways to keep your lymph flowing, drinking a daily support tea is by far the tastiest way.

That’s why today, I want to share with you my favorite herbal tea blend that helps support your lymphatic system by improving its flow and reducing swelling caused by fluid in your body’s tissues.

Here’s the recipe…

Easy At-Home Lymphatic Detox Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 tea bag of red clover tea
  • 1  organic lemon- juiced
  • 4-5 organic lemon rinds
  • 3-5 ginger pieces
  • 1 teaspoon of raw honey

Instructions:

Steep the red clover tea in a pot or tea kettle. Once steeped add the juice of 1 organic lemon,  lemon rinds, and ginger. Add the raw honey as a sweetener and enjoy!

Red clover is a great support herb in moving lymph and cleansing the blood while the sour and bitter taste of the lemon peel makes it a great way to round out this tea blend.

Drinking tea is one of the oldest healing remedies to deliver nutrients that will nourish your skin, immune system, and lymphatic system.

When your lymphatic system is working well you’ll notice clearer, and softer skin.
